The cladding was made of pre-impregnated fabrics (twill fabric) in an autoclave at 5 BAR pressure and 90 ° temperature to guarantee maximum lightness and resistance. It was made using the same technology that is used to make parts for some MotoGP teams.
 Thanks to the use of calibrated bushings in the molds, the cladding parts are already perforated, which eliminates any possibility of errors when drilling to ensure a perfect fit.
 The set consists of:

 - side panel (left + right)
 - Bow fairing
 - stern (closed)
 - tank cover
 Another very important detail is the materials used on the fairing, which has been made with a special curvature that improves the aerodynamic performance of the entire fairing, also thanks to the use of our specially developed exclusive plexiglass. We have made a special separation between the fairing and the sides so that the wings of the M1000RR version can be built directly into the sides, rather than being attached to the fairing as with all other fairings where the wings must be assembled with the top part and the lower part is attached to the side, which prevents quick and easy dismantling.
